TailorDocs is operated by the site owner. Replace this section with your legal business name, postal address, registration details where required, and a monitored support email before public launch.
Data we collect
We collect account details, uploaded documents, job ad text or URLs, generated drafts, billing status, usage limits, security logs, and support messages you send us.
How we use data
We use your data to authenticate your account, process uploaded files, create tailored drafts, prevent abuse, operate subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
Document and job ad content may be sent to AI providers so drafts can be generated. We instruct providers to process this content for service delivery and not to invent claims, but you must review all output before use.
Payments
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may process billing details under its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
We may use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and lightweight analytics to understand product usage. You can block non-essential analytics in your browser where supported.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded documents and generated drafts remain available in your account until you delete them or close the account, unless we need to keep limited records for billing, security, or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can manage documents in the app, request account deletion, or ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support.
International processing
Service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.
