Free plan and trial
The free plan has usage limits. Paid plans may include a trial when shown at checkout. Trial terms shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing page or Stripe customer portal.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the subscription is terminated for abuse or payment failure.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We generally do not refund time already used, but we will consider duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, major service failures, or legal refund rights that apply in your location.
Digital service notice
Because TailorDocs provides digital drafting and document processing, some consumer withdrawal rights may be limited once service delivery has started, depending on local law.
